Airco Rewards Program End-of-Life
As a result of changes to the third-party program that manages our Loyalty Rewards Program, we have decided to retire the Program as it has become difficult to manage and is creating customer dissatisfaction. We have always tried to provide our customers with great value and a great experience. Unfortunatley, this program is not supporting us in acheiving these goals.
Considering these challenges, we will be retiring the program effective May 31, 2020. All customers who have registered their cards by that date will be able to carry over their earned balances for use against future purchases, subject to the 40% maximum credit on any invoice. We will no longer provide earnings on purchases effective immediately. Any cards not registered will expire on June 1, 2020. This is simply due to the fact we don't control the database and only registered cards will have trackable earning records. We encourage all of our customers to register their cards as soon as possible to ensure the stored value on those cards is available for future use.
We hope to introduce a new loyalty program once we find a better system which will support our goals of great value and a great experience.

Customer Referrals
Our business is a family tradition and we rely on good word of mouth and referrals from our friends and family. As a customer, you are like family and we want to return the favour. All referrals will receive a $50 credit on their file for use on future services. Just have your referral mention your name! We reserve the right to limit quantities and all referral credits can be used up to a maximum of 40% of your invoice.
