Airco Heating & Cooling Ltd is hiring a full-time home-based customer service/dispatch role.

Role Overview

This is a full-time home-based position at the centre of our team, responsible for inbound customer communication, service technician dispatch management, and front-end customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and be responsible, dependable, and adaptable with an ability to work at home, in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day responsibilities will include reception, customer service, appointment booking, dispatch, and administration of all customer points of contact.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years related office experience
  • Related post-secondary education is a preferred asset but experience counts
  • Strong telephone experience within a residential or related service organization
  • Written communication experience
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and service terminology is an asset
  • Knowledge of scheduling and dispatch software is an asset
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative procedures is an asset
